Lake Maggiore
Travel should be a very personal discovery of our inclinations. Lake Orta

Mottarone
The Mottarone ( m. 1492 m asl ) that divides Lake Maggiore from Lake Orta, is considered one of the most beautiful natural balconies in the whole Piedmont. Its orographical formation allows a 360 ° from the Po Valley to the summits of the Alps. The eye of the visitor is struck by the summit of Monte Rosa and by the seven lakes ( Lake Maggiore, Lake Orta, Lake Mergozzo, Lake Varese, Lake Comabbio, Lake Monate, Lake Biandronno ). Meta handy for Lombardy and Piedmont, in the winter comes with 21 km of downhill ski runs for all levels of difficulty. Ossola Valley
Varied and picturesque, full of valleys, plateaus, lakes, mountains and glaciers the Ossola is a beautiful land, which can satisfy both the keen walker of nature that the mountaineer lover of dizzying heights. And ' famous for its rocks and minerals, including gold, once extracted from the mines, and mineral waters. The vegetation is rich, fostered by a climate suited to the development of deciduous and coniferous, as well as extensive pastures which, in spring and summer, are tinged with a thousand species of flowers. A considerable portion of the Ossola has been devoted to the creation of the Natural Parks of Veglia and Devero and the National Park of Val Grande, the largest area "wilderness " of Italy.
